One of Surrey's most impressive firms is in expansion mode and is recruiting a strong senior Contentious Trust and Probate Partner/Solicitor to build a department. 

The firm is repeatedly ranked top tier year after year in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 directories. 

This is an opportunity to create a department with the support of Legal 500 recommended Partners at your side who have done the very same in their niche. 

To succeed in this application, you will:

• Be an experienced Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor (minimum 8 years’ PQE)
• Have a following of business and or team

Those with good CTAP knowledge but lack management experience will be considered. 

In return, you will be part of a dynamic and vibrant team in Surrey that works hard and pays well. With this, equity is up for discussion.
