Main Responsibilities of a Content Marketing Specialist

• Collaborate with product, support, sales, and customer success teams to craft content tailored to meet customer needs.
• Generate content to empower customers in self-assistance through a knowledge base and learning management system.
• Partner with product teams and UX/UI designers to guarantee the accuracy and accessibility of documentation.
• Curate an educational repository featuring courses for software proficiency, industry best practices, and issue resolution.
• Develop informative materials such as datasheets, one-pagers, sales playbooks, and battle cards to educate on product functionalities.
• Prepare sales decks, pitch presentations, release notes, and accompanying emails for product launches.
• Craft and oversee social media content, visuals, and videos across various platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, actively engage in discussions, manage crises, and uphold brand reputation.
• Ensure the creation of SEO-friendly content that reflects the brand's value proposition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in business writing, preferably in a SaaS or Software product environment
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in SEO and social media strategies
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or HubSpot CRM
