We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded top tier law firm who are looking for a creative, commercially astute Content and Communications Manager to join their team based in London.

This Content and Communications Manager role will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver the firms content and communications strategy.  The successful candidate will have high levels of commercial acumen and be able to fully understand the challenges and issues that clients face in today’s market, and create engaging, thought-provoking communications campaigns, aligned with the firms overarching growth strategy.

This Content and Communications Manager role is a strategically important position, with the successful candidate being at the forefront of scoping and crafting content that not only resonates but also drives commercial success. The remit of the role will include:

  • Crafting captivating content pieces that translate ideas into actionable insights with clear commercial objectives.
  • Developing the narrative and messaging surrounding responsible business, strategy, and value proposition.
  • Leading innovative content marketing campaigns. Advising internal teams on the most effective platforms and channels for content marketing.
  • Championing the integration of new channels and formats across various practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of thought leadership pieces through editing and proofreading.
  • Creating compelling copy for content pieces.
  • Identifying PR opportunities to leverage thought leadership for maximum impact.
  • Generating insightful engagement reports for campaigns, individual thought pieces, and comprehensive quarterly/annual analysis.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, industry insights, and competitor activity.
  • Designing internal communication plans to enhance awareness of thought leadership campaigns, fostering cross-selling opportunities.

The successful candidate for this Content and Communications Manager role will possess:

  • Previous Business Development content experience gained in a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of key economic and market trends
  • Experience of scoping and building impactful narratives with a track record of increasing client engagement
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills – meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to work proactively, to deliver solutions and content campaigns with clear client objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
