Job Title: Contact Centre Team Leader

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (£36000 - £40000 OTE)

Location: High Wycombe

Hours: 8 hour shift pattern between 7.00 - 19.00 (Monday - Friday)

Do you have experience of leading a team? Have you managed performance against KPIs? Our client is looking for someone who will be happy in a busy, hands-on role, overseeing a team of 7 or 8 taking incoming calls. The successful person will have previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment.

You will be involved in the day-to-day supervision of the team, you will lead by example and have a calm, assertive manner about you. You will be involved with staff recruitment and training, developing your team to reach their full potential.

This is a growing, dynamic team and they are looking for someone with a desire to improve processes and progress their career.
