Seven Resourcing are looking Contact Centre Team Leader to work in Westminster. This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying between £21.94ph PAYE or £27.49ph Umbrella.  This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The role:

The Team of 15 will be in place for 6 months and require a temporary Team Leader/Manager for daily operational support and management duties.

Ideal candidate might be someone who has worked in an outbound call centre with some housing experience- would need to have managed staff  in a call centre type environment. Done appraisals, one to ones, monitored quality, KPI's etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching and developing a team for exceptional customer service.

Setting and achieving personal and business objectives.

Driving performance improvement through effective coaching and 121s.

Managing underperformance positively.

Enhancing the team's quality and output.

Acting as an escalation point for residents.

The position is temporary for 6 months with office-based work and flexible shifts.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Compliance: 2 years references & Enhanced DBS

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
