Description

As a Contact Centre advisor you will be speaking with clients, lenders and brokers alongside stakeholders assisting with a range of enquiries ensuring a high level of client care.

You will be looking after your own caseload of clients chasing documentation and ensuring the case is resolved as quickly and promptly as possible.

Profile

Previous case work and customer service experience ideally within a regulated financial services setting

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent organisation and able to prioritise high volumes of work

Able to work in a fast paced environment

A good team player
