£12.22 per hour PAYE

My high-profile banking client are recruiting for multiple Contact/ Call centre advisors to join their growing team! This is a Hybrid role which will require the successful candidate to work on site only 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours 9-5. The role will be for an initial 6-month contracting position with likelihood for extensions.

Day to day includes...

  • Respond to all shareholder queries received by phone, email, letter or webchat. 80% of the role is phonebased and the other 20% is admin/ investigating cases.
  • Places telephone trades in accordance with instructions received.
  • Responds to straightforward questions about shareholder accounts and providing technical assistance, responding fast, efficient, and accurate.
  • Investigate errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
  • Route issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures and responds to shareholder once issue resolved.
  • Review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

What do we need from you?

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in contact centre or client service preferred.
