Forward Role are working with an global brand who are driving innovation in their market. They are looking for two Consumer Research Managers / Consumer Insights Specialists for a contract position.

One role is a Senior position, looking for someone with 4-5+ years experience.

The second position will require a candidate with 2+ years experience.

  • Running end-to-end consumer research to drive quality products
  • Managing qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Gathering materials to launch surveys
  • Working with Excel data and writing reports
  • Consumer feedback analysis
  • Representing the EMEA region, presenting insight to senior leadership
  • Utilise historic research results and plan new research projects

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a hands on Market Research/Consumer Insight role
  • Experience delivering customer research projects, ideally with a background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • A mix of quant and qual experience
  • Experience with product and communication evaluation studies is desirable
  • Experience in group moderation or 1-1 interviews is desirable
