Assistant Manager - Consumer Duty

Our London client in the Banking sector is seeking an Assistant Manager - Consumer Duty to join the team as soon as possible on permanent basis with a salary of £40,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package including generous holiday.

What does the role entail?

Working as the Assistant Manager - Consumer Duty the purpose of the role is to Support the Head of Products in the embedding and monitoring of Consumer Duty along with supporting Head of Products in managing and supporting the product team.

What skills will you have?

  • Knowledge of FCA policies and laws referring to Consumer Duty, Treating Customer Fair, Vulnerable Customers.
  • Experience of working in a role where you identified and/or mitigated risks and harms faced by retail consumers in the UK financial services sector, either in a specific sector or cross-sector.
  • Must be able to produce written reports, presentations and other resources for internal and external stakeholders across a range of levels.
  • Experience of exercising robust, consistent, evidence-led judgements that balance a range of competing needs, priorities and resources.
  • Experience as a Product Manager in a financial institution.
