•As a member of a construction team in Manchester, your responsibilities will include providing legal guidance to clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

•You will handle construction matters on behalf of developers, commercial occupiers, funders, educational institutions, investors, financial institutions, and building contractors.

•The appointed legal professional will oversee all aspects of Real Estate matters, to include acquisition, disposal, development, leasing, management, financing transactions, planning, construction, and litigation.

•Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and experience handling a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
