Construction Solicitor - Essex Legal 500 firm 2+ PQE My client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join their well-regarded construction team. The successful candidate will have experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction work, such as advising on and drafting collateral warranties, professional appointments, standard form contracts and amendments to those. Key Responsibilities: You will advise our clients on Construction documentation including: * Contracts * Sub-contracts * Collateral warranties * Professional appointments * This includes advising on many different standard forms such as JCT and NEC, together with bespoke documentation. Depending on your background you may also advise on disputes or other development work. You will also advise clients on Construction disputes and provide representation in adjudication proceedings and court litigation. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work with a varied caseload and collaborate with their senior team members and partners. You will have the opportunity to work within a team with a reputation for providing excellent client care.
