The Role

This leading Top 100 UK firm are seeking a Construction Senior / Managing Associate (5PQE +), to join their Nottingham Office.

Through further growth, this Real Estate focused firm, are seeking an enthusiastic (Non-Con.) Construction Senior / Managing Associate to join their industry leading team.

They strive for excellence; working in synergy with their Top Tier counterparts, you will access to a broad mix of complex and substantial matters across the UK & Internationally.

Whilst the role can be shaped around your experience and the existing demand in the Non-Contentious Construction Group, areas of particular interest include:

• JCT
• NEC forms of contract
• Development Projects
• Contractors/ Sub-Contractors

You will be joining one of the most respectable teams in the UK, where you receive excellent Mentor, Development and Training to ensure your success in this team.

This position is well suited to an experienced Construction Lawyer, looking to join a personable and high performing team. We are keen to hear from Non Con specialists, or those in a mixed role, looking on focus on these elements.

You Will Be:

• A Construction Lawyer with 5 PQE +
• Experience across a range of Non Contentious matters, or looking to specialise.
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading, Regional, National, City or Global Firm
