An innovative and contemporary Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated and forward-thinking Construction Project Manager to join their London team.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a significant impact in the Commercial Property sector.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will focus on:
- Leading Commercial Property projects, particularly in fit-out and mid-sized projects up to £15m.
- Creating and maintaining a cooperative and open work environment, essential for project success.
- Working with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Being part of a prestigious team, managing stimulating and customized projects in London.
The Construction Project Manager
- A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB).
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
- A strong background in Construction Consultancy.
- Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.
- A full driver's licence.
