Construction Project Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a construction/refurbishment business based in Wallington whom are seeking an experienced Contracts/Project Manager. You will be responsible for tendering or business and managing the delivery of several projects.

Duties:

• Quoting projects or tenders across a variety of works
• Preparing financial information to populate quotes and tenders whilst collating suppliers costings ensuring competitive pricing and value for money
• Managing client relationships to build a client portfolio
• Creating H&S documentation
• Attending pre-meetings and ensuring delivery teams are working to full potential
• Manage finances for each project
• Working to tight and often strict deadlines

Experience:

• Experience working in construction/building industry as a Projects/Contracts Manager
• Understanding of technical documentation and drawings
• Financial experience, able to ensure projects are kept on time and to budget whilst maintaining profitability
• Must live local to Wallington
