Construction Project Manager

A highly regarded Construction Consultancy is actively seeking a driven and committed Construction Project Manager to become a part of their team based in their London office.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of construction sectors, with a particular emphasis on residential and education projects. Your duties will encompass projects of different scales within these sectors.

The accomplished Construction Project Manager will assume full ownership of their projects, guiding them through every stage. This will entail active involvement in client meetings, providing and coordinating crucial cost and planning guidance, including the exploration of alternative design and construction possibilities. Your responsibilities will also include conducting monthly valuations, managing extension of time claims, overseeing loss and expense claims, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

The Construction Project Manager

• FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS or willing and able to work towards achieving the same
• Preferably a minimum 5 years' PQE in the property and construction industry
• Previous experience within a Construction Consultancy
• Extensive experience producing and administering construction contracts
• Clean drivers Licence
