The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be immersed in dynamic and diverse projects within the Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sectors, presenting a mix of complex and stimulating challenges.
The successful Construction Project Manager's role entails overseeing the day-to-day project execution, leading the design team, crafting innovative solutions, administering contracts, refining and implementing project documentation and processes, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
The Construction Project Manager
- RICS, APM, CIOB accredited or working towards
- Extensive experience in the retail sector
- Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 is preferable
- Experience in a client facing role/construction consultancy/client organisation
- Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
