The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing projects within the industrial and logistics sector. This role involves working closely with a diverse clientele, including funds/investors, developers, and occupiers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency.

The focus will be on managing everything from single let units to larger multi-let estates, as well as handling the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse range of construction projects in the industrial and logistics sector.
• Coordinating with a team of specialists across various service lines including project management, building consultancy, and investment.
• Providing expertise in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property investments.
• Ensuring effective client communication and timely delivery of projects.
• Catering to a wide range of clients including property companies, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.

The Construction Project Manager

• Must have substantial experience in managing construction projects, specifically in the industrial and logistics sector.
• Is adept at handling both single let units and larger multi-let estates.
• Possesses a strong background in commercial property investments, including acquisition and disposal.
• Demonstrates excellent client communication skills and a commitment to timely project delivery.
• Is knowledgeable about the various aspects of the sector, including planning, development, and valuation.
• Holds relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field.
• MRICS is desirable but not essential
