The successful candidate will play a key role in diverse projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, retail, luxury residential, and education.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a wide array of projects, each varying in size and scope. This is a chance to demonstrate your proficiency and versatility in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects in sectors such as residential, student housing, healthcare, commercial, hotel, retail, and infrastructure.
• Managing both new builds and listed building projects, including urban regeneration developments.
• Ensuring successful completion of projects through effective management and coordination.
• Collaborating with expert teams to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.

The Construction Project Manager

• 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry, with a cognate degree.
• Experience in the student and residential sectors is preferred.
• A strong ambition to become MRICS-certified in the near future.
• Can do, positive attitude
• Sufficient IT knowledge
