A gripping opening has developed for a dynamic Construction Law Solicitor to join a renowned Commercial Law Firm based out of their Marylebone office.

The Construction Law Solicitor

The firm have acquired a longevity pipeline which has resulted in the company to rapidly grow. Now looking for a keen construction law solicitor.

The role is to support the lead partner in the team to enable him to continue to develop the growing department/team.

Duties also include managing JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties, i.e. social housing, energy centres, etc.

The Construction Law Solicitor

• Transactional experience with at least 1 year of PQE experience in the practice area (no limit on PQE at present).
• Understanding of development agreements.

• Good 3+ years' experience in PQE.
• An ambitious individual who wants to progress in their career.
• Experience working on construction transactions.

In Return?

• £60,000 - £70,000 (negotiable).
• Flexible working policy - generally in 2/3 days per week.
• Core working hours 9.30am - 5.30pm.
