Construction Associate

This nationally recognized real estate division are seeking a talented and dedicated Associate to join their growing practice based in London.

You will work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team, leveraging cutting-edge technology in a hands-on role to develop a broad skill set.

The Role

• You will join a remarkable team where real estate comprises 50% of their client base, encompassing all aspects of property law.
• As an integral part of this division, the firm's specialized non-contentious construction team seeks candidates to provide direct support to senior team members. This is to enable them to focus on generating new business and expanding the practice.
• As a team member, you will collaborate closely with current construction team partners and the London-based teams.
• You will play a key role in nurturing and enhancing relationships with key clients, in addition to contributing to business development efforts aimed at expanding our construction portfolio.

Person Specifiction

• The successful candidate will enjoy a diverse portfolio of work, supporting various aspects of the property practice while directly engaging with the construction industry.
• Recent projects include high-profile endeavors in central London, mixed-use developments, urban renewal projects, housing initiatives and educational and recreational facilities.
• As well as representing major investment funds and institutional investors in property portfolio management and development.
