Our client's Construction Team are recognized by both Legal 500 and Chambers and are currently seeking an Associate to join them in further expanding the team's capabilities.

  • The team offers comprehensive advice across all stages of the construction life cycle, from initial planning and design to successful project completion and everything in between.
  • The Lawyers play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless execution of clients' construction projects and providing expert guidance across a wide spectrum of sectors. This is including commercial property, residential developments, infrastructure, logistics, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clear and high-level legal counsel throughout the construction project lifecycle, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from HNW individuals to corporate entities and healthcare providers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, offering ongoing advice and support on existing or ongoing matters.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on their respective matters.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and fostering the growth of the firm's Construction practice.

Candidate Attributes

  • A background in a reputable construction law practice, with a minimum of 3 years PQE as a Solicitor specializing in construction matters (primarily advisory, with some contentious experience being advantageous).
  • A thorough understanding of construction law and its practical application in commercial contexts.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials, coupled with the ability to think creatively and analyze situations effectively.
  • Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
