This premier international firm are top of their game in the Construction sector, advising high-profile international and domestic clients across the public and private sectors. With a growing Bristol-based operation which works as one team with their London team, they are now keen to recruit a talented Non-Contentious Construction lawyer to join their team in Bristol.

Your new role
Joining one of the UK's premier construction teams, you will be assisting on complex domestic and international major projects, with a key focus on advising on everything from energy, transport, and defence projects, to residential, retail and office developments.

Advising on the full remit of non-contentious advisory work, you will be negotiating construction contracts, warranties and appointments, whilst also providing construction due diligence support on cross-departmental projects for your clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the partners in the team whilst also supporting multi-departmental teams across the firm to deliver a seamless client service.

What you will need to succeed
You will be an ambitious construction lawyer with experience of handling industry standard construction contracts, appointments and warranties as well as providing wider commercial advice on complex major construction projects. Experience of development agreements and dealing with EPC's would also be very welcome.
