An exciting new Project Administrator position is now available with a high end contractor, specialising in Fit Out and Refurbishment projects based in the Mitcham area.

Office based position

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Paying up to £30k

What you will need:

- Background and experience working within the Construction sector in an administration, site/office support role

- Experience in reading Architectural drawings

- You will need to be highly organised and thorough

- Due to the nature of the business, at least one Eastern European spoken language is preferable

Key responsibilities:

  • general admin support (answering phones, office organisation, managing post, files management, arranging couriers, samples etc)
  • providing support to accountant (sending Invoices and statements)
  • preparing site documents
  • assist in the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors
  • maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts
  • managing incoming and outgoing deliveries (ensure goods received match invoices etc)
  • check delivery notes and obtain proof of delivery from suppliers regarding materials
  • provide excellent customer service
