Configuration Management Analyst

What You Can Expect

• Work Type - Permanent
• Location - Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week!)
• Salary - £55k - £65k

Main Responsibilities as a Configuration Management Analyst

• Ensure high levels of data integrity and accuracy across the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Team
• Controlling the CI update process and maintaining CI relationships in the CMDB
• Creation and maintenance of reports, management information and process documentation
• Assisting in audits of the CMDB and proactively seeking out data anomalies - identifying causes and making recommendations for resolution

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience in configuration management in a ServiceNow environment
• Strong data analysis skills and use of data analysis toolsets, especially in auditing and maintaining the integrity of the CMDB
• Experience in developing automation via Python or other scripting tools
• Excellent communication skills and evidence of being an effective team player
• Ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders
