Feel like there's more to life than grey skies and perennial rain? Fancy gaining some international experience with an established events company? Always wanted to move to Australia? Looking add some more experiences in your event production career?

We are working with leading events company based in Australia who have a strong reputation for delivering events across a range of topics and sectors. The company have an office that is located in the Central Business District right next to Sydney Harbour and are currently looking to grow their production team harnessing people with strong research and content skills that can add to the team.

The company offer a hybrid working model and will continue to train and have a structured onboarding and training schedule - full sponsorship will also be offered upon completion of a working holiday visa, which they will assist with pre-relocation. There is also a bonus and super annuation on top of the base salary displayed.

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with the Portfolio Leader, Event Partners, Marketing and Sponsorship Sales team to develop compelling content and create industry leading events
  • Researching and interviewing key stakeholders, decision makers, c-suite executives, non-profit leaders and other influencers to identify industry trends and convert these to agenda topics
  • Source and invite speakers with interesting stories to tell
  • Develop relevant engaging content
  • Juggle multiple daily tasks to meet established deadlines
  • Have a natural ability to build relationships with people around you, and a keen interest in current affairs.
  • And of course...Oversee the onsite delivery of the event you've brought to life - wherever that may be!

You will have

  • A strong alignment with our purpose, culture and values with a can-do attitude
  • The drive to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • At minimum; an undergraduate degree
  • A knowledge hungry commercial mindset.
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal (in person and remotely).
