Residential Management Group, a large, established market leading property management company, is looking for a Team Leader to support our Residential Property Compliance Team. This is an office based role, working from our Northwich Office, Monday to Friday.

Your focus will be to oversee the instruction of regulatory legal requirements and their associated processes, for residential properties.

You will manage a team of Compliance Analysts, ensuring they effectively managing their workload and are focusing on the right things to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved. Providing coaching, motivation and development to ensure they deliver an accurate and efficient service.

What are the Key Responsibilities of our Compliance Team Leader?

  • Coach, motivate, and guide a small team of Compliance Analysts.
  • Develop and maintain their knowledge through effective training and coaching, ensuring they meet their KPIs and SLA’s targets.
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional level of customer service is always provided.
  • Provide an escalation path to manage complex queries, whilst coaching team members, to support their development.
  • Undertake regular individual 1 to 1’s and appraisals, alongside weekly team meetings.
  • Effectively monitor and report on weekly time & attendance and staffing levels.

What are we looking for from our Compliance Team Leader?

  • Experience of people management, target monitoring and overseeing process.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Ability to make decisions, based on reasoned arguments and supported by evidence.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook, and also Excel to intermediate level.
  • Experience in the compliance / property management industry, is highly desirable.
