Compliance Specialist | Hybrid - North Notts | To £45k

I am working with an outstanding client of ours who are on the market for a Compliance Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis to provide assistance right across the compliance spectrum. This is a role that's been created purely out of growth and they are looking for someone who can come in with solid ISO experience to hit the ground running and give them extra support on ISO27001, 9001, 20000, and 14001, among others.

You will need to have come from a Quality Management background (they're open to seeing people from any industry background). You will need to be heavily experienced working with ISO27001 and ISO9001 and have strong experience with internal and external audit. Ideally, you will have implementation experience (from scratch) of ISO27001 or 9001. Alongside this experience, it would be beneficial (but not essential) if you have experience with any of the following: ISO 20000, ISO 14001, ISO 22301 and H&S/ISO 45001.

You will also get the chance to get hands-on with some health and safety standards across the business. You will also be working on internal and external audit processes, and ensuring that our client are operating in a compliant manner. You will have a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple workstreams at any one time. It's a very diverse role, and you'll be working alongside a great team. Experience working on an electronic quality management system will again be beneficial to success in this role.

There's lots of opportunity for progression and specialisation in this role. You'll be around and about the business, so you will need to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
