• Review and Approval of Marketing Materials: Carefully assess and approve marketing materials to ensure they align with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Development and Maintenance of Compliance Procedures and Policies: Create and maintain up-to-date compliance procedures and policies that reflect current regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
• Compliance Advisory: Provide expert guidance and advice on various aspects of compliance procedures and policies to internal teams, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed and compliant.
• FCA Standards and Requirements: Ensure that all investment and marketing materials meet the standards and requirements set forth by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
