Compliance Officer

Key Duties:

• Conduct electrical, gas, and fire safety testing
• Coordinate PAT testing and water safety testing
• Perform property inspections to ensure compliance
• Renew landlord heating maintenance contracts
• Facilitate EPC renewals and asbestos surveys
• Obtain and renew landlord licenses
