Salary: £50K - £54K + Life and Health Insurance

Company Description:

A globally recognised manufacturer of safety critical components is looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join their team due to further growth and expansion.

Responsibilities as Compliance Manager:

• Document management system audits and findings.
• Maintain and document management systems & processes.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Implementing functional corrective actions
• Perform Risk Assessments.
• Provide assurance of functional audit compliance to business management system processes
• Highlight and coach employees on any required new compliance within the business.
• Identify and establish a departmental structure that supports compliance activities.
• Ensure processes to manage employee performance and relations are effective and aligned with HR.
• Generate business management system performance metrics output reports by function [Key Performance Indicators)
• Present senior leadership team with relevant information on company’s performance and future plans through briefing processes & reviews
• Ensure all employees carry out their activities legally, ethically and comply with all health & safety requirements.

Skills and experience as Compliance Manager:

• Experience in compliance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and proven understanding of relevant laws including health & safety and authority compliance.

This position is commutable from:

• Hockley, Rayleigh, Basildon, Leigh on Sea, Rochford
