Recruit Right are looking to recruit a Compliance, Health and Safety and Environmental Administrator in the Speke area of Liverpool.

This specialized administrative role where no two days or tasks are the same is at the forefront of ensuring the safety and quality of all products, people and buildings. You'll be the guardian of our products, working with passionate teams to uphold the highest safety standards while staying ahead of the curve when it comes to industry regulations and best practices. You’ll be initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures for both products and the safety of our teams and visitors.

Typically, the members of our team will:

· Be experienced administrators, with excellent problem-solving skills to hand.

· Diving into the dynamic world of regulatory standards and using your expertise to arrange and guarantee that our premises and products meet, all compliance and health & Safety requirements - coaching and on-going training will be provided.

· Facilitate governance for our people, buildings, and our innovative varied products/materials, managing the whole compliance cycle from arranging to maintaining.

· Every day is a new opportunity to learn, you will research and expand your regulatory knowledge on a regular basis and share your findings where applicable.

· Maintaining, gathering, reviewing, and accurately evidencing mandatory documentation to cover our business needs within our current internal and external data basis.

· Collaborate, build, and maintain a strong rapport with all other internal teams and our external testing partnerships.

· You will conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risk.

· Conduct and accurately record regular Health and safety checks.

· Promote a positive culture and understanding of product compliance, along with health and safety in the workplace.

About you:

· Someone who is interested and excited by learning, has excellent investigative skills, and has an inquisitive mind, always wanting to know more!

· Experienced administrator using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and teams.

· Drive to develop and progress.

· Knowledge of product compliance would be of advantage, but in-house training will be provided.

· A knowledge of health and safety would be of advantage.

· You will have a methodical and logical approach to tasks.

· Able to follow company policies and procedures.

· Ability to problem solve and work independently.

· Previous exposure to a busy office environment is essential.

· Ability to work under pressure.

Experience

· Previous experience of working in a product compliance function

· Previous experience of working in a health and safety function

· Previous experience in an administrative role, min 12 months
