We are looking for a top level Conveyancer who has experience as a fee earner, you will be taking over a large case load from the head of conveyancing so you will need to be exceptional at what you do.

Conveyancer

Key responsibilities:

  • Obtaining Client ID and source of wealth documents i.e. bank statements;
  • Reviewing and analysis the documents and producing a report on their findings;
  • Requesting further documents from clients where required;
  • Working with our senior manager team to report back suspicious activity.

Key skills:

  • Proven experience of compliance monitoring, including reporting.
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised, able to adapt quickly to strategic change and motivated to deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Integrity
