At Clayton Legal Recruitment, we are pleased to be working closely with one of our Property Lawyers in the Bolton Area.

Experience of Risk and Compliance within a Conveyancing environment.

PURPOSE OF ROLE To support the Risk & Compliance Director in ensuring compliance across the business to mitigate risk areas. Demonstrates high performance, accuracy, attention to detail and a clear understanding of requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or on their own working to deadlines producing high quality work and support to the business.

The role will comply with internal and external regulatory requirements including but not limited to AML Guidance, Data Protection, CLC Outcomes, Client Care, published KPIs and SLAs.
