Compliance Advisory Manager - Asset Management

As the Compliance Advisory Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's organisation remains compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements. You will provide expert advice and guidance to key stakeholders across the business, helping to mitigate risk and drive a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and testing to identify any potential compliance issues or gaps.
  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage any compliance-related audits or inspections.
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulatory changes and ensure that necessary updates are made to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Compliance within the Asset Management industry ideally doing advisory
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as FCA and CBI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
