Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: £24,000 - £25,500

Hybrid: 1 day working from home, once you pass your probationary period

Location: Canterbury, Kent, close to public transport

Your duties as a Compliance Administrator would be to:

  • Undertake and maintain compliance documentation for all on boarding and active staff
  • Onboard new employees - Undertaking on boarding compliance checks such as attaining references, undertaking DBS checks, right to work checks, professional indemnity insurance and ensuring all Company documentation is complete prior to commencing employment.
  • Active members of staff - Maintaining compliance with expiration dates inclusive of DBS checks, professional indemnity insurance and undertaking right to practice checks via professional body registers (GMC, HCPC, NMC). Maintaining mandatory training records as well as annual supervision records.
  • Work along side the Recruitment Administrator (who we recruited - you'll be joining a great team!) and under the management of the HR Lead.

  • Sound understanding of the importance of meeting compliance regulations
  • The ability to interpret data and communicate effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
