Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Chichester

We are currently working with a Good all through school located in Chichester who are seeking to recruit a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Complex Needs.

This role will be working with learners aged 2 - 19 years with severe and complex learning needs.

This role will provide support for students who are struggling to fully engage in education or have learning difficulties in KS1, KS2 and KS3, you will support the students either 1:1 or in small groups. The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff & parents is imperative in ensuring that effective pastoral support is provided for all pupils.

We are looking for candidates with recent SEND experience working with children in schools who are available full-time to start ASAP! This role would also be suitable for Graduates or people looking to start a career within Special Education.

About the role:

  • Earn up to £450 per week

  • Full-time and permanent positions available

  • Small group work and intervention support responsibilities

  • 1:1 support for special needs and lower ability pupils
