Once Completion has taken place the post-completion requirements will need to be carried out. This involves working with Land Registry, HMRC, mortgage lenders, management companies and also ensuring that the clients receive all their documents at the end of the process. The responsibility to ensure that the correct retentions are kept and that UK Finance Mortgage Lender Handbook guidelines are met is key to ensure the company’s ability to continue to work with mortgage lenders, so is vital to the running of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both Completion and Post-Completions. It’s a very fast paced role within a young and enthusiastic team who are looking for a manager and leader to set a great example of efficiency and help the team prioritise their work.
