My client is a UK leading corporate business with modern city centre offices. They are looking for a Complaints Administrator to join their busy team in Leeds City Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling complaints or a strong customer service background.
As a Complaints Administrator your duties will include:
- Resolve all escalated queries and complaints
- Update all customers on any progress on outstanding enquiries
- Accurately update the relevant system with appropriate details
- Perform root cause analysis once a complaint has been resolved
- Ensure all processes are operated in a timely manner
As a Complaints Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in Complaints would be an advantage
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
