Complaint Handler
TCC has an urgent requirement for a team of experienced Diploma Level 4 qualified Complaint Handlers for an ongoing project investigating suitability of advice complaints on pensions and investments.
Job Title: Complaint Handler
Rate: £250 per day (via an umbrella)
Start Date: May 2024
Duration: 12 months minimum
Location: Working from home (fully remote)
Requirement:
- You must be Diploma Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning / Diploma in Financial Advice).
- Have a strong experience of reviewing pensions & investment files for suitability of advice.
- Professional, excellent attention to detail, ability to make decisions as well as following set processes & procedures.
Role:
- End-to-end complaints handling, including review, decision making and redress.
- The focus is on suitability of advice on pensions and investment business.
