Meraki Talent are seeking an experienced Complaints Handler for a permanent opportunity within the heart of Glasgow.

Joining an established team, you will be instrumental in supporting customers through their complaint journey, ensuring a smooth and customer focused service.

Key duties will include;
  • Gathering and presenting evidence to ensure a fair customer outcome.
  • Building a relationship with customers, to guide them through the complaints process.
  • Managing a workload and investigating regulated complaints
  • Providing a first class customer experience, in line with regulatory standards.
  • Making decisions on cases and calculating payments
This is a varied role which will require applicants to manage a busy workload, ensuring cases are progressed within set timescales.  Applicants must have come from a regulated complaints background, where they have a track record in dealing with complaint cases.  Additionally, applicants should have come from the Financial Services market.
