Reporting directly to the Global CFO the head of compensation will need to both strategize and run the international payroll accounting for the groups 100 traders. 

A multistrat fund who are able to charge compensation costs back to their investors requires outstandingly transparent and diligent accounting in this area.

The requirements to manage the accruals of compensation in multiple different currencies (including the hedging of the FX risks) across 13 different offices including the US, Europe and Asia.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with compensation accounting for a complex FS business, ideally a bank or fund.
  • Drives change. The business is constantly innovating and evolving so this person will be excited to play a part in this.
  • Be able to face off to senior stakeholders globally including up to board level.
  • High level of attention to detail, trustworthy.
  • excellent academic and professional record, qualified accountant preferred.
  • You must have right to work in the UK.
