Job Description
- Design and manage compensation strategies, including salary structures and bonuses.
- Implement performance appraisal systems linking employee performance to rewards.
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Oversee a team of payroll administrators.
- Support the HR team with compensation & benefits queries.
Skills
- Must has previous experience in a Compensations & Benefits role
- Experience in using Willis towers Watson or other benchmarking & job evaluations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment
- IT skill s including HRM system and Microsoft Office Packages.
