Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Company Secretary on behalf of a leading investment bank in Belfast on an initial 6 month contract. The Company Secretary will receive £64 an hour.

Role / Position Overview:


This role would suit a candidate with previous Company Secretarial and management experience and will be vital in supporting the Belfast Company Secretarial Team Manager in the smooth running of the team while also carrying out a range of governance related work in supporting the bank's regulated and unregulated legal entities.

A typical day in the role would involve assisting the Belfast Company Secretarial team manager in capacity and resource planning, training and performance management and acting as a point of escalation for junior team members. The role would also involve balancing a portfolio of typical Board/Committee governance and legal entity management activities such as meeting administration, signatory and Power of Attorney management, company filings and responding to regulatory or audit information requests.

Previous Company Secretarial experience essential.
