Join our client, a pioneering professional services firm. As part of the team, you will lead the Company Secretarial department, driving its expansion and development whilst ensuring excellent service. 

Locations: Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds or London

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the UK Company Secretarial team, overseeing training and development
  • Perform technical work for listed companies and board meetings
  • Support international Company Secretarial services development
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of Company Secretarial services to clients
  • Maintain key client relationships and build stakeholder connections
  • Contribute to business development activities, including client pitches 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in company secretarial delivery within professional services
  • Management experience of a Company Secretarial team
  • Chartered Company Secretary qualification or working towards
  • Proficient in company secretarial work for listed companies
  • Familiarity with diligent entities or equivalent software
