Role Overview:
As the Company Secretarial Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of company secretarial services across a diverse client portfolio. Working closely with legal professionals and managing a dedicated team of 9, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of governance, compliance, and client satisfaction with a strong operational focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the company secretarial team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Responsible for training, developing and upskilling junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and tailor company secretarial services accordingly.
- Overseeing services and operational processes to ensure they are delivered to a high quality
- Grow a portfolio of clients and delivering work in a fee earning capacity
Qualifications and Experience:
- Significant experience in a company secretarial role, with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality services.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing a team of company secretarial professionals.
- Familiarity with technology and tools used in company secretarial services.
- Chartered company secretary qualifications
