A super client of ours here at G2 Company Secretarial is currently looking for a candidate to join its friendly team in a fast-paced department. 

As a Company Secretarial professional you will come on board to assist a busy team, with duties such as meeting support and maintenance of statutory filings with Diligent. 

You will have an autonomous approach and be happy to work under your own initiative with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

Your role will include duties such as: 

  • Meeting planning and attendance
  • Preparation of minutes
  • Circulation of agendas and board papers
  • Assistance with share award and incentive schemes
  • Management of both UK and non-UK subsidiaries
  • Companies House filings and updating of statutory registers
  • Assist with liquidations and dissolutions 
  • Management and support of both BAU and ad hoc company secretariat matters 

Requirements: 

Ideally you will have 2 years or more of company secretarial experience, including use of the Diligent platform. You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders, and you will have a good-natured approach to your dealing with both colleagues and Board members, whilst employing discretion and understanding.
