Key Responsibilities:
  
As a Company and Commercial Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of legal matters, including but not limited to:
  • Drafting Shareholder Agreements
  • Creating Director Service Agreements
  • Preparing Subscription Letters
  • Crafting Partnership Agreements
  • Developing Privacy and Data Protection Policies
  • Drafting Employment Contracts
  • Crafting Share Option Documents
  • Handling Business Mergers, Sales, and Acquisitions
  • Assisting with Company Restructuring
  • Managing General Corporate Documentation, including Resolutions and Board Minutes
  • Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Contracts
  • Crafting Consultancy Agreements
  • Preparing Manufacturing Agreements
  • Overseeing Supply of Goods and Services Contracts
  • Handling Trade Mark Applications, including representations at the Trade Mark Tribunal
  • Enforcing Intellectual Property Rights
  • Advising on Commercial Property Leases
  
Location: Haywards Heath

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) - You must hit the ground running.
  • Potential to act as a mentor for trainees.

Salary: £80,000 (circa)

Working Hours: Part – time3 days per week - 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
