COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – As part of the firm’s strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop their company commercial offerings and as a result of these plans they are looking to appoint a Company Commercial Solicitor to develop and market the department. JOB REF:5685

• The firm pay excellent basic salaries along with a competitive bonus scheme and an enhanced benefits package
• Applications are sought from Company Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm.
• You will be able to demonstrate understanding of the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and other technically demanding documents.
• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of company commercial law including buying and selling businesses.
• The firm genuinely is a well respected and well liked law firm with a great reputation in the local market.
