Are you Commercial Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge in their career? Or are you feeling undervalued at your current law firm and are looking for a change where you would be respected for the work you do?

This forward thinking established law firm based in Southampton have a proven track record for success and is looking for an Associate level Solicitor for its company commercial team in this key placement due to retirement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. My client will consider an Associate/ Senior Associate level.  

You will be handling a quality general company & commercial caseload including mergers & acquisition, GDPR compliance, trading agreements, company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation and some intellectual property matters.

Your role as an Associate Solicitor will involve: 

  • Handling own busy caseload from start to finish
  • Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area
  • Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
