Are you a 1 – 3-year PQE Company Commercial Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge within a leading Top 500 Firm?

Our client is seeking a confident and personable Company and Commercial Solicitor with a strong technical background to join their Company & Commercial department.

The Firms Company & Commercial Team typically advise on all aspects of Business and Company Sales and Purchases, Management Buy-outs, Demergers, Shareholder Agreements, Partnerships and LLPs, Re-organising and Re-structuring, Banking, Re-finance and Company Incorporation and general corporation governance. They are looking for a Solicitor experienced in these duties making your input invaluable to the development of the department.
